I had some real beautiful before/afters to choose from this month but my top one has to be of lovely Lily from early in October! I took her platinum blonde and thanks to Olaplex, there was very little damage to her hair!

November is going to be a jam-packed month so there’s lots to be excited about! First up, is the inaugural Atomic Markets in Hamilton which are always lots of fun and it’s where I won my first pinup competition in 2013!

I came across a website that I hadn’t heard of before- Royal Vintage Shoes. It stocks vintage style shoes from a variety of brands with a focus on 20s-40s styles. With a increasing amount of Navy making it’s way into my wardrobe, I ordered these beauties.

Grandparents, I always have loved them! I took my Grandad to see the Glenn Miller Orchestra.
Hair tip of the month…
I watched Vintage Vandalizm’s new tutorial and learnt a interesting tip! To achieve the smooth vintage waves look with a curling iron, make sure you are twisting the hair as you twirl it around the iron. I’ll be trying it for myself…

Rugby is the national sport in New Zealand and as of this morning, the mighty All Blacks won the Rugby World Cup for the second time in a row. It’s going to have the country buzzing all week!

So true about the meat industry; I’ve been a vegetarian for 5 years now and it really is amazing. I don’t miss out on anything. I’d check out Cowspiracy or Food Inc. for some great info, both are on Netflix.
